English or unaccented content is usually rejected. The voice is one of 25 fixed voices; no voice cloning.

Voice and narration are not human-rated yet
Narration sentences are picked by algorithm and the voice may misread numbers, dates or foreign names. Listen again and use the custom pronunciation list.
The page must be an article, no login
Product pages, home pages, section pages, and pages that need login, payment, block access or only show content through JavaScript usually cannot be read: paste the text instead. Images come from the article; with few images they repeat and text cards fill in.

Only use articles and images you have the right to use. The source card is not a licence from the content owner.
Before you download
Is my video uploaded to a server?
Voice and video building run on your computer. XHS loads article pages and images over your own connection, not through our servers, and only contacts the server to check your account, run balance and download tools the first time.
How are runs counted?
Each successful make uses one run, even with up to 10 sources. Editing wording, changing the voice, swapping images and rebuilding use none. An error, stopping midway, or no video coming out does not use a run.
How does the voice sound?
It is one of 25 fixed Vietnamese voices running on your PC, not a real person. It may misread numbers, dates or foreign names; no person has rated it yet, so listen again and use the custom pronunciation list before posting.
Can I post and monetize these videos on TikTok or YouTube?
XHS does not decide that. YouTube and TikTok mainly judge the original value of content, may require AI labels, and mass-produced template content can be excluded from monetization. Add your own take and label content where a platform requires it.
Can I use other people's videos?
XHS is a video building tool; you are responsible for the right to use the article and images and for following each platform's rules when posting. Prefer your own articles or ones you are allowed to use.
