These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Xu Hướng Số website (blog and free tools), your account, the paid services (credit packs, rental plans, combos) and the XHS desktop app. By using them, you agree to these Terms.
You may browse, read, and share links to content on this site for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to misuse the site — for example, by attempting to disrupt it, scraping it at abusive volume, or using it for unlawful purposes.
You give accurate information and keep your password to yourself. You need to verify your email before paying. You can delete your account at any time as described in the Privacy Policy; remaining credit and plans are then lost and not refunded.
Payment is currently by bank transfer with a bill image. Each order is reviewed by an administrator: it can be approved, held with a question, or rejected with a reason. Credit and plans take effect only after the order is approved. Rental plans run for the number of days bought and do not renew automatically.
XHS runs on your computer, using your own machine, network connection, accounts and keys. You are responsible for the data you put in, for how you use the results, and for following the law and the terms of any third-party platform you operate on.
Unless otherwise noted, articles, graphics, and other content published on Xu Hướng Số are owned by Xu Hướng Số or used with permission. You may quote short excerpts with attribution and a link back to the original page; republishing full articles without permission is not allowed.
This site may link to third-party websites (for example, sources cited in an article) for convenience. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party site.
